Salmon Burger
Summer is grilling season. Traditional beef burgers are high in saturated fat. Swap the beef for salmon for a fun and healthy twist! Salmon is a rich source of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, reducing the risk of heart disease. You can eat these salmon patties plain or on a thin, whole wheat bun. Pair the burger with a side of fresh fruit salad or grilled vegetables. Happy Grilling!
